- Nominated apprentices should have made a significant contribution throughout their apprenticeship, showing commitment and a positive attitude as well as adding additional value within their role.
- Candidates should be able to provide evidence of outstanding achievement through the quality of work carried out and how this benefits people, organisations or businesses around them.
- Demonstrated a high level of skills and determination to succeed in their chosen field.
- Proven commitment by an apprentice to continued personal development.
- Shown resilience in adapting and overcoming challenges that they may have incurred as part of their apprenticeship journey.
